The Spring Equinox ushers in new, supercharged energy that is available for us to reinforce and strengthen the structure of our life or change it. March is the most beneficial time for alchemists to begin the next stage of their manifestation of the Great Work. These forces from the Above give us new energy to create the life we want. A breakdown of usual structures and perhaps a personal tragedy have happened that left us mentally confused and emotionally hurt or defensive. Enough time has passed however that a healing and restoration is possible. It emerges from embracing our emotional self. Getting in touch with this part of our self is the beginning of our personal Great Work. Focus on the opposition to our desires, wishes, feelings and behavior we have encountered and discover a new way to address and move beyond them. The key is to identify what our essence is, what is that signature characteristic that is uniquely us. Then, embrace and elevate it. Complete these two statements and find a way to focus on them each day: “I am …” and “I believe in…”
